Open the app, tap the ⚙ settings icon in the top right, and select "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

webert uses binary comparison ranking — instead of rating films with stars, you're shown two titles and asked which you prefer. A small number of these comparisons places each title into your personal ranked list.

Wescore is the community score for each film or show — a weighted average of rankings from all webert users. It reflects collective taste rather than any individual's opinion.

Email us at slaptopmail@gmail.com with a description of what happened and we'll look into it.

You can delete your account directly in the app (see above), which removes all your data immediately. Alternatively, email us at slaptopmail@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
